General introduction: This flour plant project is whole plc control system can be automatic by computer, less manual use with latest operation. It consists of 160T PD flour mill machine, 7 Flour Tanks and Bran Tanks, 250T*4 Grain Silo, Steel Frame Workshop, Automatic Packing machine and PLC control system.

Technology requirements: Our customers are profession engineer with rigorous attitude during all the building time. They ask everything perfect and quality of the final products. In this 160T flour factory, they choose most advanced Pneumatic Roller Mills, Plan sifter, Stainless steel pipe and food level materials will contact materials every area keep their customers get quality final products. And depending on the strict rules by New Zealand government about Steel Frame workshop, only high standard welding work is accepted, they do test before granting business license.

This project is one 160TPD wheat flour plant we built in New Zealand. The whole project adopts PLC control and full automatic packing machine and robot palletizer. And 4 floor steel structure floor workshop, 250*4 ton silo for raw wheat, 30ton*2 silo for flour, 50 ton *3 silo for flour and 25 ton*2 for bran. This is one turnkey project, and we sent more than 20 technicians there for installation, it takes around 6 month to finish. The customer is one more than 60 years old flour engineer who spent more than 40 years in the flour milling career, and after he retires from the national flour factory, he spent all his money to buy this flour factory for his son, so he is very carful in choosing the supplier and he came to China for three times, and finally, he chose us. And we did not disappoint him.
