9. Vacuum Packing

Thank you for your quick reply, the machine is mean't to be used by a local community so it won't be very big. an output of 1 ton will be desirable with the machines being separate. dried yam and dried plantain will be used in the processing, our budget is $10,000 US dollars.
What is your requirements of the final products? The fineness?
Thank you for the reply, the finished product should be dried and as smooth as flour. The machine should be capable of peeling, cutting and drying during the processing.
We intend to process at least 500kg in a day each for yam and plantain.
Concering about your requirements, budget of $10,000 USD dollars is not enough.
As the plantain is easy to change color, we have to adopt stainless steel instead of carbon steel. So, it is much more expensive.
One line to process plantain with capacity of 1 TPD is $ 50,000 USD dollars approx.
Only the grinding machine is almost $ 10,000 USD dollars approx.

As per the process craft, we have two choice for you.
a)Check the material→Hulling→Cutting into pieces→Color Protection→Drying→Grinding(grading)→Packing with Vacuum.
b)Check the material→Hulling→Mashing→Drying with Vacuum→Grading with Vibrating Screen→Packing with Vacuum.

1. we would like to know which of the two options is more economical and why
2. Price will not be an issue as it will be subject to negotiation as we continue discussion
3. we will also like to review the output capacity to 5 - 10 tons daily
4. Do you have after sales maintenance services
a)The slicing line can make both plantain slice and flour, but it needs the Color Protection technology.
b)The mashing line can only make flour, while it do not need Color Protection technology.
If you only need flour, then the mashing line is more economical of course.

For the 5~10 ton processing line. we need to know which kind of proceccing lines do you prefer first. And the 1 TPD line is semi-automatic, we have a full-automatic line with capacity of 3TPD.. Are you interested?
