One of our Sri Lankan clients of was in need of a small biomass briquetting plant for briquette. The client only wanted to briquette sawdust. He visited our factory. The visit was not only pleasant but very satisfactory. The payment terms agreed upon were 30% to be paid in advance by a Telegraphic Transfer of funds while the rest can be paid by way of drawing up a Letter of Credit favoring us. Then inspection was carried on by the client at our factory and the machine met all the quality norms required.

The client wanted a capacity of 500 kg per hour of briquette of sawdust. The normal biomass briquette plant has a capacity of only 250 kg per hour, the client requested us to provide him with a customized briquette extruder. He also informed us his capacity for production and that the raw material he will be using would saw dust. It was suggested by our design team that instead of a single screw extruder he should go in for combining two sets of briquette manufacturing extruders in his production line. We suggested this design and also offered him a comprehensive plan for his 500kg/hour project.
